Jaime O. Perez serves as Executive Director of the Berks County Redevelopment Authority, where he oversees programs and initiatives focused on community and economic development, redevelopment, and strategic revitalization efforts throughout Berks County. He has extensive experience working with municipalities, nonprofit organizations, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies to advance projects that strengthen communities and create opportunities for long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Jaime has been actively involved in neighborhood revitalization, affordable housing development, asset management, real estate, and public-private partnerships. He is a two-time recipient of the Building Berks Award from the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, recognized for excellence in both residential and commercial development projects. A lifelong Berks County resident whose family roots span multiple generations in the community, Jaime is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that improve quality of life, promote economic opportunity, and support the continued growth and redevelopment of communities across the region for current and future generations.
